DELIVERY & COLLECTION

You will be advised of the date the order will be ready for collection on the Order Confirmation. This will normally be 6 weeks from payment date. There may be other factors outside of our control which may affect the readiness of the order. We will take all possible steps to avoid this and will inform you in as soon as possible if there is likely to be a delay, and provide you with a new collection date.

Collection of all ordered products shall be from our premises. On collection you will need to bring your Order Confirmation and ID – either a valid driving licence or passport. If a third party is making the collection on your behalf they will need to be able to confirm the order number and the address to which the goods are to be delivered.

In the event of a change of address for the destination of the order we will need to be notified of this ahead of the collection

We don’t recommend stacking the cupboards If at all possible.

You will need at least 2 people to load and unload the van.

You will need to let us know who is collecting your kitchen and whether the collection will be am or pm.

Collections should be made from Rear of Warehouse, Unit 3 Peasehill Road, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3JG between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.

The cupboards will be wrapped but we advise you use packing blankets in addition for extra protection. These are inexpensive and can be bought online.
